Wings

I sit in my nest so alone and blue,
And I see the christal waters and the heavens hue,
But my wings are broken and I cry for you,
To make me fly again, love again, all happy and new,
For I have the gift of love, oh if you ever knew,
To make you smile and happy would be all I'd ever do,
So come sit with me, be with me my sweet dove,
And soar the misty mountains and heavens above,
Then together in bed we would make endless love,
I'd share my gift with you, the way it once was,
I might not look like what you want me to be,
But I am kind and caring and gentle you see,
So please pretty woman take a chance on me,
And maybe one day we both can sit under that coconut tree,
