Describe Yourself: WHAT I FEEL ABOUT BEING WITH THAT SPECIAL SOMEONE THAT YOU'VE WAITED FOR ALL YOUR LIFE:

It's more important to be with someone than what it is that you are doing with them. Appreciating someone and showing them that side of you isn't something that everyone is even capable of doing. I definitely know how to show my appreciation of a lady. Communication through conversation and touch is vitally important to having a loving relationship.

WHAT I AM DOING WITH MY LIFE:

I am staying in shape working out daily, and remodelling my new home. Now I have also decided that I really miss having a woman in my life. I met someone on Match years ago and the relationship was incredible. The love we had was beyond my wildest imagination. I didn't think it was possible to feel that strongly about another person. It didn't work out though and I am past it. But I've decided that I would like a woman who is a professional of some kind: Teacher, dental assistant, medical assistant, or whatever. I would like her to want to have goals and be interested in her career. Please don't misunderstand though, I don't exclude any woman. I have no need of a job so I can spend a lot of time with her doing whatever we want.

EVERONE IS DIFFERENT AND PEOPLE SHOULD NOT JUDGE BECAUSE OF AGE:

My body is not typical for someone my age. I also do yoga, and have for over 20 years. I also have martial arts experience.

WHAT I SPEND A LOT OF TIME THINKING ABOUT:

I spend a lot of time thinking about what life is really all about. Why we are here, and why do some people refuse to be kind or at least considerate. How my fathers health is; he lives in the house next to mine and since I lost my mother a couple of years ago, I worry about how he deals with that; how my family's health overall is; having peace in the world and at home. And last but not least, is this the best forum to look for that special someone or will God or whatever made us work all that stuff out in the end. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. At this point in my life I am just making the best possible effort I can in a forum where I can feel free to be honest.

You should email me if you feel the same way and we can chat. I want my girlfriend to miss me whenever I'm not there and always be happy when I am. I realize that it may sound a bit pollyanna but at least I am being honest. I have never in my life let age come between myself and anyone else. I have friends that are 80 years old and a few neighborhood kids that come around when I'm working outside, just to talk and sometimes ask me what I am working on now. I know that a lot of people have a problem relating to people who aren't (their age), but I don't have a problem with that and never did. If I did, I would have missed out on a lot throughout my life. I am interested in having a loving warm relationship with the right woman and I don't want to waste anymore time.

ONE THING I ALWAYS FORGET:

Each time I edit my profile I forget that since I am serious about finding my soul mate that I forget to mention that I have a great sense of humor. I always also forget that one of the things that makes me happiest is to see the one I love smiling. If a lady here is not the type to smile often, those are the ones I really am not interested in.
