Hello everyone as you can see my little "angel" (with the horns) with me in my photo; I am a single parent divorced, with "shared" custody. Please do not confuse my organization with "gender-bias" on the other end of the spectrum. I started "FATHERS ARE PARENTS TOO! OF FLORIDA, INC." in 1997, when i moved here from Georgia. The organization (as well as I) supports SHARED PARENTING and believe that BOTH parents should have an equal access to their own children. It took 2 people to bring a child into this world and it should take that same 2 to raise him/her...I believe in taking GENDER BIAS OUT of our family court system. Oh yes, and I have JUST completed my training for Guardian Ad Litem and will be sworn in next Monday in Martin County, Florida.

Yes! I am the administrator and was trying to get the group going. I felt it was a good idea since there are a lot of single parents here.
