This has been a stressful year for almost everyone. This doesn't mean that we have to forget about ourselves. More importantly, we need to take the steps to preserve the health of our mind and body!
Everyone has their own way of de-stressing. Mine used to be the computer. Now that I actually work on the computer, I have to look for other ways to do this.
Yoga, exercise, mediation and fun activities as well as laughter are great stress releases. Let's talk about it and give each other ideas and places to go to achieve a better balance in our lives!
